1. Program Description & Types of Messages
SV Accounting & More sends transactional, customer care, and conversational text messages related to your engagement. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. The exact types of messages you may receive are:
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
- Requests for missing documents or information needed to complete your work
- Filing and payment deadline reminders
- Status updates on your bookkeeping, tax return, or advisory engagement
- Replies to questions you send us by text
2. Consent & How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from SV Accounting & More in any of the following ways:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox and providing your mobile number on the contact form at svaccountingllc.com/contact
- Providing your mobile number and written consent on a service, intake, or engagement form
- Texting us first from your mobile number
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from SV Accounting & More at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not obtain your consent from, or share it with, any third party.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 10-20 messages per month, depending on your engagement and the season.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SV Accounting & More is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, or NO to any message from us to cancel. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also email sms@svaccountingllc.com or call (660) 538-2266 to request removal.

7. Supported Carriers
We support most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy & Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consumer personal information will not be sold, rented, transferred, shared, or otherwise disclosed to any external organization except as strictly necessary to provide the service you requested (for example, our messaging provider) or as required by law.
We maintain administrative, technical, and contractual safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to, use of, or sharing of your data. Information you share via SMS is otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For privacy or messaging questions, email sms@svaccountingllc.com.
9. Confidentiality
SMS is not a secure channel. Please do not send sensitive financial information (Social Security numbers, full account numbers, etc.) via text. We will provide a secure portal for confidential document exchange.
10. Changes
We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
